1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using Matix Arena (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound
by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies of the Platform. You acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and accepted the most current version of these Terms and related policies. If you do not agree to
these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Participation at Own Risk
All players participate in games and tournaments facilitated through the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Matix Arena shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, mental distress, self-harm,
suicide, or any other consequence arising directly or indirectly from participation in any game or tournament.
Players confirm that their participation is voluntary and based on their own free will and consent and, where
applicable, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Organizer Responsibility
Matix Arena acts solely as a technical intermediary platform connecting players with tournament organizers and
does not itself conduct or manage tournaments unless expressly stated. The Platform shall not be responsible or
liable for any fraud, scam, misrepresentation, misconduct, hacking, cheating, or any other unlawful or improper
activity committed by organizers or participants. Any dispute between players and organizers shall be resolved
directly between them without involvement of the Platform. The Platform shall not be responsible for prize pool
distribution, and organizers shall be solely responsible for making payments to players. Players must contact
the respective organizer for any prize-related claims.
4. Technical Disclaimer
Matix Arena shall not be liable for any loss, damage, missed opportunity, or financial loss arising from or
related to technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, software bugs, system errors, or
failures of third-party services used in connection with the Platform.
5. Subscription & Payment Policy (Players)
All subscription fees paid to the Platform are strictly non-refundable. In the event a player uses subscription
funds to pay tournament entry fees and the tournament is cancelled or terminated, only players or teams that
remain active in the tournament at the time of cancellation shall be eligible for a one hundred percent (100%)
refund of their entry fee, while players or teams that have already been eliminated from the tournament shall
not be entitled to any refund.
6. Organizer Payment Terms
Entry fee amounts collected on behalf of organizers shall be released in installments in accordance with the
Platform’s internal payment policies after commencement of the tournament. Entry fees collected from eliminated
teams may be released proportionately to the organizer. Final settlement of payments shall be processed only
after the prize pool has been fully and successfully distributed to the winners. Matix Arena shall deduct a
commission from the total entry fees as platform service fees, technical support charges, and operational fees.
All payments shall be processed in accordance with the company’s internal policies and applicable financial
regulations.
In case if tournament get cancelled and company had paid money for any task sponsorship or entery fees organiser have to give 100% refund
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, these Terms
and Conditions, or any related services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts
located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Matix Arena shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation,
loss of data, or any financial loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or
participation in any tournament.
9. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner and shall not engage in any conduct
that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform. Without limitation, users agree
not to engage in cheating or unfair practices, use abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful language, share
false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or attempt to hack, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any
part of the Platform or its systems. Any violation of this clause may result in disciplinary action, including
suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account, at the sole discretion of Matix Arena.
10. Account Suspenion
Matix Arena reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate
any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable policies, or platform rules, with or
without prior notice. Such action may be taken to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the
Platform.
11. Parental Control
By agreeing the terms and condition you clear accepted that you are playing games and taking part in any tournament under your and your parental concern especially if you are below 18 we are not responsible for you taking part in any tournament and playing games
By agreeing the terms and condition you clear accepted that matix arena have no involvement in any type of price pool and its distribution for any tournament directly given by orgnaiser for that respective tournament
12. Modifications
Matix Arena reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on the Platform. Continued
access to or use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute the user’s acceptance of the revised
Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions of this platform may be modified, updated, or replaced at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance and after change's older will be cancelled new will be applied
with applicable laws and regulations. By accessing, registering on, or using this platform, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the most current version of these policies. Your continued
use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such revised policies.
