Refund Policy (Detailed Version)
This Refund Policy governs all payments made on the Matix Arena platform, including but
not limited to subscription fees, tournament entry fees, and any related transactions. By
accessing or using the Platform and making any payment, users expressly agree to be
bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All payments made on Matix Arena shall be subject to the refund conditions set forth
herein. Users are advised to carefully review tournament details and applicable terms prior
to making any payment. Matix Arena reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or
reject any refund request in accordance with this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid to Matix Arena are strictly non-refundable under any
circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, inactivity or non-usage of the
account, suspension or termination of the account due to violation of Terms and
Conditions, dissatisfaction with services, or technical issues beyond the reasonable
control of the Platform. Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, it
shall not be reversed or refunded.
3. Tournament Entry Fee Refund Policy
3.1 Tournament Cancellation Before Start
• In the event that a tournament is cancelled by the organizer or by Matix Arena prior
to its official commencement, all registered participants shall be entitled to a one
hundred percent (100%) refund of their entry fee. Such refunds shall be processed
within a period of seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, subject to payment
gateway and banking procedures.
3.2 Tournament Cancellation After Start
If a tournament is cancelled or terminated after it has officially commenced, only
those teams or participants who remain active in the tournament at the time of
cancellation shall be eligible for a one hundred percent (100%) refund of their entry
fee. Teams or participants who have already been eliminated or have lost prior to
such cancellation shall not be entitled to any refund.
3.3 Eliminated or Losing Teams
Entry fees paid by teams or participants who lose matches, are eliminated from the
tournament, voluntarily withdraw, or fail to attend scheduled matches shall be deemed
non-refundable.
3.4 Disqualification
No refund shall be provided in cases involving rule violations, cheating, use of unfair
means, submission of false or misleading information, misconduct, or abusive behavior.
Matix Arena and the respective tournament organizer reserve the right to disqualify any
participant without refund in such circumstances.
3.5 Organizer Misconduct or Fraud
Matix Arena acts solely as a technology platform facilitating tournaments between
players and organizers. In cases of alleged organizer misconduct or fraud, the
Platform may review complaints submitted by users; however, any refund shall be
granted solely at the discretion of Matix Arena. The Platform does not guarantee
refunds for disputes arising from organizer actions or failures.
3.6 Technical Issues
Matix Arena shall not be responsible for refund claims arising from a user’s internet
connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power failures, third-party software issues, or
game server downtime not under the direct control of the Platform. In exceptional
circumstances involving platform-related technical failures, refund decisions shall be
made solely at the discretion of Matix Arena managemen
4. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions
In the event a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a
payment gateway or system error, the duplicate amount shall be refunded after
successful verification by the Platform. Such refunds shall be processed within
seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. Users must report such errors within fortyeight (48) hours of the transaction date.
5. Refund Processing Method
All approved refunds shall be processed using the original payment method used by
the user. Where such method is unavailable, Matix Arena may, at its discretion,
process the refund using an alternative payment method. Processing timelines
shall be subject to the policies of banks and payment gateways, and Matix Arena
shall not be liable for any delays caused by financial institutions.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
• Refunds shall not be granted in circumstances including but not limited to player
dissatisfaction after losing a match, change of decision after payment, account
suspension due to violation of Terms and Conditions, failure to verify tournament
schedules, late reporting of match absence, voluntary withdrawal from a
tournament, or disputes related to prize pool distribution after completion.

7. Prize Pool Related Refunds
Users acknowledge that entry fees are primarily allocated toward prize pools and
operational costs. Once prize distribution has commenced, no refund request shall
be entertained. All decisions regarding prize allocation and distribution shall be
final and binding.
8. Final Authority
All refund determinations shall be subject to the final approval of Matix Arena
management. The Platform reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy
at any time, refuse refund requests that violate applicable Terms and Conditions,
and investigate any suspicious or fraudulent refund claims. Continued use of the
Platform after any modification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Refund
Policy.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
Matix Arena reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Refund Policy at
any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective
immediately upon being published on the Platform. such modifications shall
constitute the user’s acceptance of the revised Refund Policy. The Refund Policy of

modified, updated, or replaced at any time without prior notice to ensure
