Strict No-Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Matix Arena. By registering, subscribing, or participating in any tournament or service offered on the Platform, users expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

1. Absolute No-Cancellation Rule

All payments made on Matix Arena, including but not limited to subscription fees, tournament entry fees, promotional participation fees, and any other service-related charges, shall be final, binding, and non-cancellable once successfully processed. Users expressly waive any right to cancel or reverse a completed transaction under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Upon successful payment of a subscription, the subscription shall remain valid until its expiry date and shall not be cancelled prior thereto. No pro-rata or partial refund shall be granted for unused subscription periods. Non-usage of the Platform shall not entitle the user to cancellation or refund. Suspension or termination of an account due to violation of platform rules or policies shall not give rise to any right of cancellation or refund.

3. Tournament Entry Cancellation

Once a team or player has registered for a tournament and paid the applicable entry fee, such registration shall be deemed final and irreversible. Entry fees shall not be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred to any other tournament, player, or team. Failure to attend or participate in a tournament shall not qualify as a valid ground for cancellation. Users acknowledge that tournament slots are limited and are reserved upon successful payment, and therefore cancellation is not permitted.

4. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or false dispute through a bank or payment gateway after valid registration or participation shall be treated as a breach of contract and fraudulent conduct. Matix Arena reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account, recover any outstanding or reversed amounts, and initiate legal proceedings where deemed necessary.

5. Platform or Organizer Cancellation

In the event that a tournament is cancelled by the organizer or by Matix Arena, refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed strictly in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy. Such cancellation shall not be construed as a cancellation right exercised by the user

6. No Exceptions Clause

No employee, representative, organizer, or support staff of Matix Arena shall have the authority to waive, modify, or override this No-Cancellation Policy unless expressly approved in writing by authorized management of Matix Arena. Any verbal assurances, informal communications, or representations shall not be legally binding.

7. Limitation of Claims

By using the Platform, users expressly waive any right to claim cancellation based on consumer dissatisfaction, personal schedule conflicts, or misunderstanding of tournament details. Users further agree that confirmation of payment shall constitute final and conclusive acceptance of the transaction and the applicable terms.

8. Final & Binding Authority

All cancellation-related matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Matix Arena reserves the right to amend or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment shall constitute the user’s acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Changes to Cancellation Policy

Matix Arena reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on the Platform. such modifications shall constitute the user acceptance of the revised Cancellation Policy. The Cancellation Policy of this platform are currently under review by a legal professional and may be modified, updated, or replaced at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By accessing, registering on, or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the most current version of these policies. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such revised policies.
